How To Embed The Form On The External Website

To embed a form from Intellia into another website, you need to generate the embed code for the form and then place it on the external website. Here's how you can do it:

Steps to Embed a Intellia Form:

1. Create or Choose the Form:

• Go to your Intellia dashboard.
• Navigate to Sites on the left menu, then go to Forms.

• Choose the form you want to embed or create a new one.

2. Get the Embed Code:

• Once you're in the form editor, click on the Integrate Form option.

• You will see a section titled Embed Code.
• Copy the Embed Code by clicking the Button

3. Embed the Code in Another Website

• Go to the website where you want to embed the form.
